1. In the following agreement, client is defined as the person purchasing coaching services. Coach is defined as the person providing coaching services to the client.2 Refunds: There will be no client-initiated refunds for coaching programs. Cancellation of individual sessions: If cancelled within 24 hours of our appointment, full fee (or paid time) will be charged/used. If client hasn't showed after 10 minutes from appointment start time, session will be canceled and charged/used.3. Availability: availability is always subject to coach's schedule.
4. Sessions are audio via whatsapp (or cell/zoom video if agreed). Coach will always call you.
5. Transparency: Coach reserves the right, if needed, to share certain specifics of our conversations with key trusted associates to gain insight on issues to help us devise possibilities and aid both client and coach's ongoing development. Coach will always respect your privacy and will not disclose who you are.
6. Payment: payment by client will be in full for coaching package prior to starting.
7. Indemnity: By signing this agreement, client agrees to indemnify Jack Butler, Full Spectrum Living and all directors, officers, agents, employees and associates thereof (the “Releasees”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, or to any property belonging to me whether caused by the negligence of the releasees, or otherwise. Client is fully responsible for their life and any actions they take or do not take as a result of the coaching relationship. Client acknowledges that there are no guaranteed results of coaching.
8. Nature of relationship: The nature of the relationship is coaching. It is not therapy and does not seek to address the issues which therapy does. Nothing is being offered or solicited of a romantic or sexual nature, and all personal disclosure is entirely voluntary.
9. Right to terminate: Coach has, at their sole discretion, the right to remove someone from a coaching program. Reasons could include, but are not limited to, continued failure to show up for calls punctually, lack of commitment to the work, inappropriate boundaries or my assessment that this coaching is not the right intervention for you. Client will be issued a pro-rata’d refund for any remaining months (no partial months) adjusted for normal coaching rates (if you received a package discount).
10. Single focus and quiet: client needs to make sure they have a space for their coaching calls which is distraction-free. Client agrees to turn off all email, phone, app and other alerts before our sessions and not move or eat during calls.
By signing these terms, client hereby agrees to this agreement in full.
